All investments carry some degree of risk. Acorn Inspired minimises the risk of capital loss for Investors by for Investment Loans and Investment Participation Agreements by pledging 80% of invested capital in fully convertible shares of the company to the investor.
All Acorn Inspired projects are insured to the full value of the property. Additionally, we hold a General Liability insurance and specific insurances where required. We also conduct due diligence on our vendors and expect them to be fully insured for workplace, third-party liability and the work they perform.
Each investor is responsible for their own tax reporting and tax management in their respective tax domicile. Our Investment ROI calculations are based on no withholding taxes and Investors would need to determine this specific tax status. Acorn is not a tax advisory. Acorn Inspired can provide Investors access to Acorns Tax Representatives where the Investor may choose to directly engage to perform bespoke services.
